When he started to feel a little confused about the mixed messages we were sending him, he asked for clarification in a very professional and easy-going manner. He did not pressure us and was understanding when we changed our mind about the direction that we were heading. When we finally did choose a house we wanted to purchase, Craig was a wonderful person to have on our team. Even though we did not live in town, all negotiations and completion of paperwork went very smoothly. Craig was easy to get in touch with to answer any of our questions.

Buying a house is always an emotional experience and Craig was very good at helping us see beyond that and make a decision based on good reason.
